Bio
Riley has served in the Virginia House of Delegatessince 1992. He serves as Chairman for the House Counties, Cities and Towns Committee and Chairman of the Appropriations Committee’s Capital Outlay Subcommittee. He also sits on two other Appropriations Subcommittees — Compensation and Retirement; and the Health and Human Resources Subcommittee — and he is also a committee member of Privileges and Elections.
